A year ago, we relocated from the Inland Empire to a rental in San Diego. For the next 7 months we went to open houses, visited different neighborhoods and tried to find the perfect place for us to buy a home. During this time, I met at least 15 real estate agents; all of them wanting my business. Andres Gonzalez stood out above the rest. When I met Andres at an open house, he was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and spoke of the neighborhood and community. He did an excellent job representing the seller. I was impressed at how prepared he was. He went far beyond welcoming visitors and “selling”the house. When I found a house we wanted to buy, out of all the agents we met, Andres was the person we chose to represent us during our purchase. Again, I was impressed. Andres Gonzalez was our realtor and he walked us through the amazing, sometimes stressful journey of helping us sell our condominium we called home for the past seven years. Andres did an incredible job of navigating us through the home/condo selling process that is not always easy. On the seller side you are letting go of your home/condo where you have built and shared memories of a lifetime with your family, your friends and it is something that you think can never be replaced. I would imagine that the buyers are anxious, stressed and filled with uncertainty as well. So taking both sides of the coin and things can get really unstable emotionally going through this process but Andres was able to keep things steady throughout the process. Andres even came over to the condo after it was sold and before we had to turn over the keys to the buyers agent to help patch up some holes in the wall we missed and some other minor fixes.
